Welcome to zss77 (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player" or "you") and zss77 in connection with your registration, access and use of the zss77 website located at https://zss77.cam and any associated services, products or content provided thereon.

zss77 is an online sports betting and casino information platform. The Platform provides betting odds, live sports coverage, casino game information and related responsible gambling resources primarily for users in Pakistan. Our services cover Pakistan cricket, PSL seasons, ICC tournaments, international football, UFC and combat sports, live dealer casino and slot-style games.

By accessing or using the zss77 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing and using the Platform.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To register and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's applicable license jurisdiction — whichever is greater. The Platform is strictly a service for adults only.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.

Each User is permitted to register a single Account only. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in all accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.

4.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you will be required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other information reasonably requested by the Platform. All information must be accurate, current and complete. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date.

4.2 KYC Documentation

The Platform may require you to complete identity verification at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Typically required documents for Pakistani users include:

• Identity Document: A valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or a valid Pakistani passport (both sides where applicable).
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement or other official document showing your current address, typically dated within the preceding three months.
• Selfie / Liveness Check: A photograph holding your identity document or a short liveness verification, as directed by the Platform.
• Payment Method Verification: Evidence of the payment method used to deposit, where required for AML purposes.

4.3 Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must use a strong, unique password and must not share your login details with any third party. zss77 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify the Platform immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

The Platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for lawful personal entertainment purposes only, subject to full compliance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to sublicense, resell or commercially exploit Platform content.

5.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. Specifically, you agree to:

• Access the Platform only from jurisdictions where doing so is lawful under applicable law.
• Use your Account solely for personal, recreational betting and gaming — not for commercial, professional or systematic purposes.
• Not use automated scripts, bots, scrapers or other technical tools to access, manipulate or exploit the Platform.
• Not attempt to circumvent any Platform security measures, access controls or geo-restrictions.
• Not exploit software errors, bugs or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to zss77 immediately and will result in account suspension pending investigation.

5.2 Platform Availability

zss77 makes reasonable efforts to ensure the Platform is available at all times but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues or events beyond the Platform's reasonable control. No compensation shall be due for periods of unavailability.

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to these Terms and any sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the Platform. By placing a wager, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable rules and odds at the time of placement.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A wager is only valid and binding once it has been confirmed and recorded by the Platform's systems. A confirmation reference will be provided. In the event of any dispute regarding whether a bet was placed, the Platform's system records shall be definitive.

6.2 Odds & Markets

Odds displayed on the Platform are presented in decimal format. zss77 reserves the right to suspend, void or withdraw any market at any time prior to settlement, including in circumstances involving manifest errors in odds, match-fixing suspicions, data feed failures or other operational reasons. Where a market is voided, the relevant stakes will be returned to the User's account balance.

6.3 Manifest Errors

Where odds are published at materially incorrect levels due to a technical, typographical or human error ("Manifest Error"), zss77 reserves the right to void such bets and return stakes to the User. Users are not entitled to profit from Manifest Errors and any profits derived from such bets may be withheld pending investigation.

6.4 Live / In-Play Betting

Live betting markets are subject to faster suspension and settlement timelines. zss77 will not be responsible for any technical delays experienced by the User — bets submitted during a period of price suspension will be either cancelled or queued for acceptance at the next available price, depending on Platform configuration.

From time to time, zss77 may offer promotional bonuses, welcome offers, reload bonuses, free bets or other incentives to eligible Users. All such offers are subject to these Terms and any specific bonus terms published in connection with each individual promotion.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds typically carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal is permitted. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotion's terms.
• Single Bonus Policy: Only one bonus offer may be active per User per promotional period unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered Users only. New-player bonuses are available once per household and IP address. Users registering multiple accounts to obtain duplicate bonuses will have all accounts closed and bonuses forfeited.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and associated free bets may expire after a specified number of days from the date of issue. Expired bonuses are cancelled automatically.

8.1 Deposits

8.2 Withdrawals

8.3 Dormant Accounts

Accounts with no recorded login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. • Exploiting technical errors, vulnerabilities or bugs in the Platform software for financial gain.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing Platform staff, other users or third parties in connection with the Platform.

All content on the zss77 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface designs, software, data compilations, odds feeds and brand elements — is the intellectual property of zss77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to access and view Platform content for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, republish, display, perform or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from zss77.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zss77, its affiliates, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any content, service or functionality available on it.

This includes, without limitation, losses arising from:

• Gambling losses incurred on the Platform.
• Platform downtime, technical errors or service interruptions.
• Unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Reliance on information provided on the Platform, including betting tips, odds or educational content.
• Changes to applicable law affecting your ability to access or use the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by zss77's proven negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

zss77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any User Account at its reasonable discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable period.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering or other financial crime.
• Chargebacks raised against deposits by the User.
• Regulatory, legal or compliance requirements applicable to zss77's operator licence.
• At the User's voluntary request (subject to any active wagering requirements or pending withdrawal processes).

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, zss77 will communicate the reason (to the extent permissible) and the expected timeline for resolution. Where a permanent closure is warranted, any genuine, unencumbered balance in the account will be returned to the User via the most recently verified payment method, less any deductions permitted under these Terms.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform's operator holds its gaming licence. In the event of a dispute, you are encouraged to contact our customer support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. Any material changes to these Terms will be communicated to Users via a notice on the Platform or by email to the registered account address, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by law, regulation or a competent authority directive.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in full. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must close your Account before the effective date of the change.
